You see, I was once where you are today, and perhaps surprisingly, it was actually much easier back then, because quite simply there were far less choices and much less information around! Because there were less people doing it and hardly any books on the raw food – let alone raw food recipe books – I really had to figure it out for myself. But figure it out I did.
That was back in 1993 and I was just 20 years old then, and a complete raw food rookie, and yet I managed to find a way of eating high-raw that was healthy, nutritious, delicious and satisfying, and I very quickly fell in love with this amazing new way of eating and the way it made me feel.
