In this first module we start by getting clear on where you want to be 6-12 months from now, and where you are today.

In this second module we dive straight into the juicy stuff – your diet!
This module is all about looking at what you love to eat, what’s required, what’s been missing, how to get variety, balance, abundant nutrition, how to eat in every climate, and how to create a menu plan that you LOVE. We’ll also dive into feeding families (every permutation), and how to WOW others – as well as yourself! – with what’s inside your fridge, your cupboards and what you put on the table.

In this third module we move into laying the foundations for your raw food diet to take root, flourish and stay consistent.
This module is all about thinking, planning, mapping and implementing, so that everything you desire for yourself can not only come to pass, but become your new ongoing reality. Staying raw is absolutely an inside job in many respects, but without the external systems structures and routines in place, trying to eat raw and stay raw will feel like a constant, daily struggle. It’s time to end all that, and this is the month where that happens!

In Module 4 we start to turn our attention now to the way that you consciously want to evolve your journey. For example, you might want to stay focused purely on your diet and work on getting it cleaner and more efficient overall, or you might be ready to go bigger in your thinking and be ready to take a fresh look at yourself and the rest of your life.
The focus of this module is about taking some time to reflect on where you really are in your raw food journey and choosing where you want to place your energy next. Whether it’s on your diet or on your life, you’ll be coming up with a project for yourself that will enable you to move to a whole new level of mastery in your chosen area and deeper understanding of who you are, who you are becoming, and what truly matters to you now.

Here in our final module, Module 5, you’ll now be ready to dive deeper into raw food, living food and all of the many magical facets of raw food eating that most people have no clue about!
