There'll be four live assignments that you'll complete during the time we are together, PLUS some homework to help you maximise the time that we spend together.

This day is designed for anyone who wants to eat more raw food perhaps the first time or to get back on the wagon and move into new and even more exciting levels of extRAWdinariness.

Upon sign-up you receive:

• The ExtRAWdinary Living Manifesto

• A list of what you need to need to be best prepared for the day

• Access to the Raw Food for ExtRAWdinary Living Facebook Group - this is where the online conversation will be happening before, during and after the day

On the day itself:

• Access to the ExtRAWdinary Day workbook

After the workshop:

• A full set of recordings of the entire workshop - so you can revisit the workshop again as many times as you want in the future

One hour before we begin our time together the handout will be made available to you via a private page. This gives you a chance to print it out in advance if you want to, or save it to your computer if you plan to type directly into it.

We’ll meet live on the line at top of the hour and I’ll welcome everyone to the call.

I’ll then talk you through how our four hours is going to play out and set you up to complete your first assignment.

We’ll all then disconnect from the line and go away and complete the first assignment.

Then we’ll reconnect at a prearranged time and I’ll ask for some shares, before we move onto discussing Assignment 2.

After you know what to do for Assignment 2, we’ll then disconnect again so that you can complete the second assignment.

We’ll then reconnect and share about Assignment 2, and then I’ll guide you through Assignment 3.

Once more we’ll disconnect so that you can complete Assignment 3, and then the pattern will repeat until Assignment 4 has been completed.

We’ll spend the last portion of our time together discussing your post-Day assignments and time permitting, I’ll take any questions or additional shares at the end.

It’s far better if you can, but no worries if you can’t.

You'll still receive everything that everyone else does, and the entire session will be recorded, so if you can’t make it live, sign-up anyway and you will automatically gain access to the recordings and handouts immediately after we complete.

You'll still get great benefit from following the recording - you just need to set 4 hours aside to follow along.
